Our Story

Jaime’s Art Pottery

Indigenous Stoneware pottery created and inspired from the Ohio Valley.

Ohio’s rivers and streams are rich with clay. We hand dig that clay to produce strong stoneware pottery.

We use wood ash from our firepit to create our own unique glaze recipes. Wood ash interferes with the structure of the glaze giving it movement. This also creates variations in the intensity of the colors, making each piece unique.

Crushed whiskey bottles are used in our glaze, supplying us with a spectacular shine that is reflective of the sun on our outdoor pieces.

We hope you will enjoy our ‘Branch Collection’ to see the beauty in the natural unglazed finish of the branches, and to see our one of a kind glaze finishes.

We are lucky to be surrounded by the beauty of the Ohio Valley for endless inspiration.
